Ingredients:

    • Cherry tomatoes
    • Cucumber slices
    • Radishes
  • Apple: 1, sliced
  • Chutney: 2-3 tablespoons (apple or tomato chutney)
  • Pickled Beetroot: (optional)
  • Spring Onions: (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Salad:

    • Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
    • Halve the cherry tomatoes.
    • Slice the cucumber and radishes.
    • Core and slice the apple.
  2. Assemble the Ploughman’s Lunch:
